1. Western Australia

The town of Margaret River is one of the most popular destinations in Western Australia, and it comes as no surprise. Between its world-class surf culture and incredible wineries, this town has something exciting for everyone.

2. New South Wales
Location: Bondi Beach, Sydney
Legendary Bondi Beach is a must-see if you’re in Sydney. This beach is world-famous, and for good reason.
You’ll be in awe of its stretches of white sand and clean rolling waves. The beach is bordered by sandstone headlands, which are top spots for exploring, whale watching, and golfing. 3. Queensland
Location: K’Gari (Fraser Island), Queensland
K’Gari, also known as Fraser Island, is the world’s largest sand island. We can almost guarantee it’s like nothing you’ve ever experienced before.
Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site on foot, so you don’t miss a thing. Hike part or all of the Fraser Island Great Walk to discover tropical rainforests, peaceful lakes, and vast lookout points. After your hike, cool off in essential oil-infused Lake McKenzie. This idyllic lake is filled with turquoise water and natural tea tree oil. You can expect a soothing and serene swimming experience that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.
If you’re a thrill seeker, you’ll enjoy the excitement of off-roading down the island’s white sand beach, listening to the sound of crashing waves with the wind in your hair! 4. Northern Territory
Location: Kakadu National Park, Jabiru
Kakadu National Park is a massive, biodiverse nature reserve located in Jabiru. With terrain encompassing sandstone escarpments, wetlands, and rivers, and home to over 2,000 wildlife and plant species, there’s lots for you to explore!
You can spend an afternoon discovering this UNESCO World Heritage Sites’ many waterfalls. Whether you find yourself at the towering Jim Jim Falls or Twin Falls, you’ll be taken aback by their unique beauty. Kakadu has one of the world’s greatest clusters of rock art sites. Some paintings are 20,000 years old, making the artwork one of the longest historical records of any group of people on Earth. You can head to their main rock art galleries at Ubirr and Burrungkuy (Nourlangie).
