International students studying at Aberystwyth University have access to different scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
International Accommodation Award
This scholarship is offered to Aberystwyth University undergraduate and postgraduate international students. It offers free and discounted accommodation of £2,000 for the entire length of a course. Students must apply through AU’s Accommodation Portal and must remain full international fee-paying students.

Queen’s University Belfast
With a notable reputation in geo-engineering, social science, and mental health, this elite Russell Group institution attracts over 3,500 international students from 80 different countries. QUB is ranked 85th in the world according to the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Ranking 2022.
International students studying at Queen’s University Belfast have scholarships available for both undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships. These scholarships are automatic, meaning students don’t need to apply to be considered!
International Office Undergraduate Scholarship
This scholarship is offered to new full-time undergraduate students from:
- Sub-Saharan Africa
- Latin America
- The Middle East
- North Africa
- North America
- South Asia
- South East Asia
- China
- Europe
- Central Asia
Scholarship amounts range from £2,500 to £3,000 and are subject to terms and conditions.
International Office Postgraduate Scholarship for the School of Management
This scholarship is offered to new full-time international students applying for a postgraduate course at QUB. This scholarship is for the upcoming September and October 2022 intakes for students from:
- South Asia
- South East Asia
- Africa
Scholarship amounts are a £5,000 fee reduction in tuition for South Asia, South East Asia, and Africa. China has a £3,000 fee reduction in tuition.
Note: This scholarship does not include MBA postgraduate courses in the School of Management. Furthermore, this scholarship can also be combined with QUB’s early incentive of a £1,500 fee reduction for students.

University of Dundee
Established in the ‘City of Discovery’, the University of Dundee (UOD) is ranked 4th in Scotland and 35th in the United Kingdom over the last year. This institution is recognized as a global centre of excellence for Life Sciences and Medicine according to QS World University Rankings 2022. They also have a world-leading research ranking of 84% according to Research Excellence Framework (REF) in the last year.
International students studying at the University of Dundee have access to exclusive ApplyBoard scholarships for first-year undergraduate international students in all campus locations. In addition, these ApplyBoard scholarships can also be added to other scholarships offered by the University of Dundee.
ApplyBoard Women in STEM Scholarship
Are you a woman in STEM? If so, ApplyBoard has you covered! This scholarship is offered to international students using the ApplyBoard platform from the following countries:
- South Asia
- Southeast Asia
- The Middle East
- Africa
In addition, each scholarship is valued at £2,000, with 10 scholarships available. Also, students must be applying to the following subject areas:
- Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
- Business
- Law
As well as that, each student that is awarded a scholarship must: Set up a bank account in the UK within six weeks of arriving in the UK, and send applicable banking details to ApplyBoard.
