We believe that to be able to know where you are heading in life, you have to know where you’ve been. At Lipscomb University we know that an analysis and interpretation of the past helps guide us in the present and beyond. The study of history allows students to investigate and interpret why society has developed as it has and to determine what influences have affected the past and present and help shape the future.
