The Sudbury Catholic District School Board offers international students an opportunity to achieve a competitive academic advantage while shaping students to be the leaders of tomorrow. The Sudbury Catholic District School Board operates 17 schools across the City of Greater Sudbury and Killarney. Marymount Academy is an all-girls school unique in the region that is available to students in Grades 7 through 12.

  • Technology in the classrooms: Each classroom offers a wide variety of technologies including laptops, iPads, Chromebooks, and robotics. iPads and Chromebooks offer a more diverse method for delivering instruction and engaging young students for learning in the 21st century. Kindergarten students to grade 3, have access to iPads. All our grade 4 to 6 students have access to Chromebooks. Elementary schools across our school board have Robotic kits which include Bee-Bots and Dash & Dot Robots to name a few. The Learning Commons in secondary schools provide students with the latest in technology including Lego EV3 Mindstorm Robots, Lego Spike Robots, Sphere-O bots and Ozobots, Green screens, GoPro cameras, 3D printers and more. All grade 7 to 12 students have access to Chromebooks and laptops.
