UMC High School

UMC High School is a Canadian accredited private high school based in East Toronto. The school was established in 2008. UMC High School is registered with and governed by the Ontario Ministry of Education. As a private high school, it caters to both local and international students between grades 9-12.

The vision behind UMC High School is to both support and discipline the potential world leaders of the future. As it gathers students together from various countries, it elevates the school’s cultural diversity and allows students to broaden their perspective on the world around them. 

UMC High School offers high school credits for students that desire to complete their OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) and apply for post-secondary education. It can also provide transfer credits to students that have already started their high school careers abroad, helping to complete the number of compulsory credits to graduate. By choosing UMC High School, individuals will join many other international students to partake in an encouraging learning environment.

• Course variety: UMC students have more options of taking courses of their interest and choices among the groups of compulsory and elective courses: The Arts, Business Studies, Canadian and World Studies, English, ESL, French As Second Language, Guidance and Career Education, Health and Physical Education, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Humanities, and Computer Studies.
• Accelerated program: UMC's intensive schedule enables students to complete a 4-years highschool program in 2.5 years.
