Recruitment partners play a crucial role in supporting students throughout their education journeys. However, we acknowledge that some may not consistently meet expected ethical and service standards.

To uphold a global ecosystem of trust, integrity, and transparency, ApplyBoard invites partner institutions to submit information regarding recruitment partners and/or international student agents they have independently determined they do not wish to engage with.

You may review ApplyBoard’s Blocklisted Agents/Counselors/Organizations in order to confirm if an agent is already blocked from ApplyBoard.

ApplyBoard will not share the information submitted and it shall be used for the purpose of ensuring our partner institutions are served with the highest quality of both recruitment partners and student submissions at their direction and control. Providing us with the details can greatly assist in our continued quality control and robust vetting processes. This information will also assist in conducting a thorough investigation relating to the submitted request. ApplyBoard will process such submissions in accordance with its internal policies, and where appropriate, may restrict the identified recruitment partners from submitting applications to the reporting institution.

ApplyBoard treats submitted information confidentially and uses it solely to help ensure that partner institutions receive high-quality recruitment and student submissions in alignment with their preferences.
