The event will be held on April 14-15, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency, Gurugram, India.
The refund policy is time-based:
● 60+ days before the event: 100% credit for future ApplyBoard events within the
next 12 months.
● 30 days before the event: 50% credit for future ApplyBoard events for future
ApplyBoard events within the next 12 months.
● Less than 29 days before the event: No refund or credit
If your visa is denied, you can receive a full refund (excluding taxes and fees) if you:
● Apply for the refund on or before March 14, 2025
● Provide sufficient proof of visa denial
● Submit the refund through the official Refund Request Form
You must complete the Refund Request Form (link)
No transfer or Sale. You may not transfer or sell your tickets to the Event. Refer to
Ticket T&C.
Your ticket will automatically roll over to the new date and/or platform.
No, the ticket only covers event entry. All travel, accommodation, and visa costs
must be covered by attendees.
ApplyBoard eWallet purchases are available until April 10, 2025. After this date, all
purchases must be made through Eventbrite.
Yes, ApplyBoard reserves the right to limit ticket quantities available for sale.
Currently, only 2 VIP tickets and 5 General tickets are allowed per business.
We will share this information soon through a travel page.
Kindly head to our registration help desk provide your first and last name used
during the purchase of the ticket and show your government-issued Photo ID. Our
staff will validate your information and grant you access to the event accordingly.
Event registration will start at 7:30 AM. Attendees will be able to access the
Exhibition areas as soon as they register. Breakfast begins at 8: 00 AM. The Main Hall
of the event will be open by 9:00 AM

If you have an existing credit from last year’s TRW, please contact
trw@applyboard.com with your previous registration details and refund
confirmation. Our team will provide a special promotional code to apply your credit
towards this year’s ticket purchase through Eventbrite.
To redeem your free ticket won from last year’s TRW, please email
trw@applyboard.com with proof of your winning ticket. Our team will verify your
prize and provide you with a unique promotional code to register for TRW 2025
through Eventbrite at no cost.
