About Bachelor of Arts - Environmental and Sustainability Studies (Optional Co-op)
Program Description
The Environmental and Sustainability Studies (ESST) interdisciplinary program develops environmental leaders, managers, and professionals who are critical and insightful thinkers as well as creative problem solvers skilled in leading transformational change toward a more sustainable and just society.
Faculty are respected researchers and scholars who are fully immersed in solving critical and pressing environmental and sustainability problems, as well as creating a stimulating learning setting. The program encourages students to identify environmental and sustainability issues that can benefit from their attention, and provides the tools from our junior-level "Make a Change" programming, through to our capstone community-engagement assignments, to do so.
