Program Description
The education courses take a progressive approach and will teach students transferable skills, relevant across early years, primary teaching and beyond. Education goes beyond the classroom, and students will discover the social issues that impact on children’s and young people’s learning.
Choose a humanities course to learn more about how history has shaped modern times; explore politics, social issues and public services; or tackle the philosophical questions that have captivated humanity for millenia.
Keen to shape young children’s futures? The Early Childhood Studies degree course in Chelmsford is full-time (upon completion of the foundation course in Cambridge), with a placement option available for extra experience. Students will explore the world through a child’s eyes in the Early Years Resource Room and unlock their potential. Forge a rewarding career with children and families in a variety of early years settings.
