Extended Accelerator - Bachelor of Fine Arts - Graphic Design

The Extended Accelerator Program is a three-semester program for students seeking an immersive English-learning experience. The program gives students a firsthand practical and cultural understanding of the Auburn University campus and the Auburn, Alabama, area through its contextual curriculum. Upon completion of the program, students progress into year two of their undergraduate education with a full year’s worth of academic credits.

The Graphic Design (GDES) Program in the School of Industrial + Graphic Design prepares students to practice visual communication in a competitive global environment. Auburn’s nationally regarded Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design is the only National Association of Schools of Art and Design accredited Graphic Design Program in Alabama. The program emphasizes fine arts, visual/digital interface, packaging, exhibitions, magazine design, logos, and identity development.
