Bachelor of Business Administration - Management

This program will appeal to students interested in learning to assess common business challenges, effectively lead teams, and run their own businesses. Career interests may include: project management, sales, human resources, marketing, production, and hospitality.

The objective of the Management program is to expose business students to the challenges and varied opportunities of a managerial career. In so doing, students gain an in-depth understanding of the problems and challenges that managers face at all levels, as well as gain insights into their own leadership strengths and weaknesses.

Management faculty have decades of real-world experience and education in the business field. All full-time faculty members have completed terminal degrees in business and part-time faculty have masters degrees in business disciplines. Many full-time and part-time faculty act as consultants within the field, and/or own their own business.

Faculty-led experiential opportunities provide student access to real-world connections and experiences within the field of Management. Experiences include: undergraduate research, study abroad programs, industry conferences, guest lectures from industry leaders, and community-based learning. The College of Business provides funding and scholarship opportunities for students to participate in community events, conferences, and networking functions. Students have direct access to the College of Business Career Readiness Coach to help aide in advising, career preparation, and job search.
