About Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration - Accounting
The 120 credit hour Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration offers engaging, real-world, applied learning from faculty who are working in their field. Students gain a deeper understanding of human behavior in the workplace and study buying behaviors, investment objectives and risks, employment-related litigation and how to improve managerial and interpersonal effectiveness. Students also gain professional knowledge in finance, marketing, accounting, human resources and other related fields.
Graduates for the Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of local and global business organizations through the study of major disciplines within the fields of business.
- Apply methods of quantitative data analysis to support organizational decision-making processes.
Summative outcomes for the Business Administration major in the School of Innovation are assessed through a written business plan and an oral presentation of that plan to outside professionals in the capstone course.
