The course will empower students with the knowledge and skills to plan, promote, and produce live shows, potentially taking a DIY approach by organizing their own gigs and tours.

Subject modules will feature core elements of performance and event management, as well as the roles, responsibilities, and processes that connect them. Students will learn the key skills and strategies to effectively create, plan, and produce their own events while developing their performance, technique, arranging, and musicianship. The evaluation of international tours and large-scale music festivals will be undertaken, alongside exploration of the growing issue of sustainability.

Graduates will also leave the course highly skilled in the digital world, with in-depth learning of social media and digital marketing.
