1-Semester Pre-Master's Pathway in Law - Continue to Master of Laws (LLM) - International Human Rights

Pre-Master’s is an entry point that comes before a Master’s degree. By studying Pre-Master’s, students will gain a solid understanding of their chosen subject as well as the required skills for postgraduate-level study at a UK university. Upon successful completion, students will progress to their Master’s degree.

Students  will critically examine the impact of the international human rights standards on national constitutions and laws, with a particular focus on the conflict between international standards and national provision. They  will also assess how international human rights law offers protection to different categories of vulnerable groups.
