A Bachelor of Business in International Hotel and Resort Management provides the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a hotel, a resort or an accommodation-based business anywhere in the world. This residential program provides experience in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including guest relations, housekeeping, food and beverage, and hotel management. This course is ideal for students with a passion for hotel management, hospitality and providing world-class experiences.

As part of this course, Students will live on-site for two six-month blocks at the Leura campus in the Blue Mountains, which operates as a student-staffed hotel, where students will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of hotel operations. During the course, students will also gain practical experience through industry work placement programs and the final six months will focus purely on business management.
