About Master of Laws - International Business Law
Master of Laws (LLM) gives legal professionals the opportunity to specialise in a highly relevant expertise in key areas of law and gain crucial insight and practice into the modern financial and business world. Delivered by a range of professional lawyers, international experts and guest lecturers including leading academics, researchers, judges, officials and practitioners, students will learn more about various legal systems and be able to contextualise their learning.
Students will study the core module in the specialism in which they wish to qualify in Term 1 or Term 2 and complete an 8,500 - word dissertation within their core module in Term 3. Students will also study three elective modules, which can include other core modules in Terms 1 and 2. With the Master of Laws (LLM), students will experience live, face-to-face teaching which provides an important social and collaborative learning environment. Students will also gain valuable interaction with the professionally experienced law tutors, who use their expertise to bring the studies to life.
LLM in International Business Law
This module explores the legal environment within which international business transactions take place and disputes are resolved. It is taught by academic and practising lawyers with cross-border experience in this area of law.
