About Bachelor of Science - Nursing - Accelerated
The Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a fast-paced, 24-month additional bachelor’s degree program designed for those who hold a degree outside of nursing and have not completed any LVN or RN coursework. This program includes approximately 74 semester units of study in both didactic and clinical coursework.
Students will benefit from immediate peer support, individualized attention, guaranteed placement in courses and guaranteed time to completion in this 24-month program. They will gain real nursing experience through required clinical rotations throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. Completion of this program enables students to sit for the NCLEX examination for RN licensure.
This program is accredited with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
