About Associate of Arts - Psychology
The Associate of Arts Degree - Psychology is a two-year academic credential that provides students with a strong foundation in psychology and experience in a broad range of course offerings in Arts and Sciences. Students will learn the science, history and theories of psychology and explore the fundamentals behind the science of human behavior. Topics include personality, motivation, and relationships. They will also examine how people develop and learn, how social roles and culture affect us, and the impact of stress and mental health issues.
The program is designed to stand alone as a two year associate degree or to provide some credits (first two years) towards a four year degree program.
