Program Description

Fluency in a second language like Spanish will put students a step ahead in today’s culturally diverse world. In Central Michigan University’s Spanish program, students will go beyond linguistics with literature and cultural studies courses. Students can even immerse themselves in Spanish culture through study abroad. A Spanish major leads to careers such as teaching, translation, social services, media and international business.
