Master of Science - Administration - Leadership

Become an aspiring leader in a chosen field with the skills and knowledge employers covet. As students in the leadership program at Central Michigan University, students will learn to leverage group dynamics, organizational change, conflict management, negotiations, cultural diversity and communications to efficiently meet organizational objectives. The Master of Science in Administration is an interdisciplinary degree perfect for anyone in management or administration who wants to increase their skills sets and knowledge to advance in their profession. The MSA was developed to hone skills in leadership, management and organization for professional administrators in both the public and nonprofit sectors.

The Leadership Concentration enables students to enhance their knowledge and skills in the area of leadership, group dynamics, organizational change, management of conflict, negotiation, cultural diversity and communication. Students will select 15-18 credits in consultation with their advisor.
