Program Description

The Academic Accelerator Program (AAP) is a two-semester program designed specifically for students who are ready to succeed in immersive English-speaking classrooms, but also includes the benefit of English-language and student support to help them thrive.

Organizational Leadership majors develop the leadership skills necessary to be effective in our diverse global economy. They enhance problem-solving skills to promote positive organizational change and learn effective management concepts which can be applied to the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Skills developed within this major include: communication; leadership; management; analytical skills; problem-solving; critical-thinking; and passion for public service.
