About Academic Accelerator - Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Optional Co-op)
Program Description
The Academic Accelerator Program (AAP) is a two-semester program designed specifically for students who are ready to succeed in immersive English-speaking classrooms, but also includes the benefit of English-language and student support to help them thrive.
The Computer Engineering program builds upon a strong foundation of circuits and electronics, but provides focus on computer hardware through courses in computer architecture, digital design and networking. Four courses in computer science provide the necessary expertise in software.
Students learn to apply principles of mathematics, science, and engineering in a variety of contexts. They hone their ability to use the techniques, skills, and tools necessary for science and engineering practice as well as design and conduct experiments. They learn to analyze and interpret data.
