The program includes each session a course of integration of learning starting from basic management to culminate in the management of a project approaching the reality of a business manager.

At the end of the program, graduates will be able to:

• Operate common database, financial monitoring and analysis software;
• Apply a management process specific to the realities and needs of a retail business;
• Prepare and manage an operating budget; use accounting information for decision-making purposes;
