The Intensive English Program at CSU is designed to provide comprehensive learning opportunities and outcomes for students to meet their English goals. Whether you are looking to enhance your language skills for work or academic purposes, our flexible program options, certificates, and support can help.

It offers high-quality, student-centered instruction and advising that prepares international students for success at Colorado State University (CSU), or other universities in the United States. The IEP creates a welcoming environment for both learning and living in a new culture. The IEP is accredited by the Commission on English Language Accreditation (CEA).

The university's experienced faculty are dedicated to helping you achieve your English language goals. While IEP courses do not count towards CSU credits, they are specifically designed to prepare students for university studies at CSU or elsewhere. Classes cover essential skills for academic success:

While studying at CSU, IEP students have access to a range of support services, including academic and immigration assistance.
