Graduate Certificate - Strategic Change Management, Leadership and Transformation (1618)

This two-term Ontario Graduate Certificate program is ideal if students are preparing to take on the challenge of a supervisory, management, or leadership role supporting business transformation. Students will explore a variety of change management theories, models, and principles to build a solid foundation. Students will view change through an organizational lens, including culture, strategic direction, organizational readiness, and hierarchical influences. Students will analyze the human side of change such as the psychology of change, motivational factors, and effective communication. Through a variety of hands-on activities such as group work and case studies, students will gain and apply skills related to project management, strategic planning, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous improvement. Strategic change management skills are highly prized in today's climate. Students will be well prepared to not only help your business manage change but also drive successful, sustainable long-term transformation through strategic change management practices.

Successful graduates of this program will be well-prepared to continue on to complete The Association for Change Management Professional's (ACMP) Change Management Practitioner certification.
