The International First Year (IFY), delivered at DMUIC provides an intensive combination of first year university subjects with extra study and language skills. The IFY is the first year of the three-year International Incorporated Bachelors (IIB) degree. Upon successful completion of the IFY, students will continue to the second year of study at DMU.
This delivery of the IFY programme includes a twelve week pre-sessional English course immediately preceding entry to the programme. Throughout the pre-sessional English and IFY programme, students will be supported at DMUIC. In addition to the core modules, there is also a continuous English language module to help undergraduate students improve their language skills.
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Marketing
This specialist course covers both traditional and digital marketing principles and teaches students how to apply them to real-world situations.
Marketing is critical to the success of any modern company and this course will introduce students to the principles and the practice of excellence in this key ingredient of business success.
Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Accredited Study Centre and the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM), this course will help students develop the transferable skills that are valued by professionals and industry experts.
Learn how to provide value to a company by analysing real business problems and offering creative marketing solutions taught by lecturers who draw on their extensive business experience.
Choose from a broad range of Marketing modules, such as Marketing Essentials, Direct and Digital Marketing, Sports Marketing, Marketing Planning and Management and Retail Marketing.
