Program Description
The LLM programs are designed to provide foreign-trained lawyers and graduates of non-U.S. law schools with an understanding of the U.S. legal system, and to provide U.S. lawyers and law graduates with expanded knowledge and training.
For more than a decade, DePaul’s intellectual property law program has ranked among the best in the nation. The Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information Technology (CIPLIT®) oversees the program and is internationally recognized for its academic programs and faculty scholarship. With a broad range of course offerings, the LLM in Intellectual Property Law is regarded as one of the most comprehensive programs in the country.
