About Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science - Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the scientific discipline that examines the interrelationship of the physiological processes and anatomy of the human body with respect to movement.
The Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology is recommended for individuals interested in careers in physical therapy or other health professions, pursuing an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) exercise specialist certification or attending graduate school. In this program, students will also be completinginternships to get hands-on experience in potential fields of interest with on-campus mentors or in local businesses.
