International Year One - Undergraduate Pathway - Natural Sciences (5-Semester Pathway) Transfer to Bachelor of Science - Engineering Physics

Program Description

International Year One allows student to begin earning credits toward their degree even if they don’t meet the academic and English requirements for direct entry. They will receive additional support to help them succeed and progress to their degree path so they can graduate at the same time as direct entry students.

Physics addresses the most fundamental topics in science, from the structure of the universe to light, atoms, and elementary particles. A century after the dawn of quantum mechanics, physicists are still exploring its vast implications for both fundamental science and technology. Physics has led to discoveries and inventions that profoundly affect how we all live. It also provides much of the conceptual foundation and instrumentation essential to astronomy, engineering, and other sciences.

Our program lets students explore the worlds of engineering and physics before they go off to graduate level work in subfields like aeronautics, biomedical, civil, electrical, environmental, and mechanical engineering. With our popular Dual-Degree programs in engineering with Columbia and Washington University in St. Louis, Drew students have the opportunity to fast track their graduation and earn undergraduate and advanced degrees from renowned schools
