The programme is designed to develop Students English language skills and introduce students to essential academic and study skills before travelling to the International Study Centre to begin their academic programme.
The International Foundation Year in Humanities, Law and Social Science prepares students for an undergraduate degree at Durham City. This programme lasts for three terms.
The Ancient History modules from the Department of Classics and Ancient History with those offered by the Department of Archaeology. The balance is broadly equal, but as students progress through this course they will have several opportunities to follow students particular interests in one or both areas.
