Graduate Certificate - Quality Assurance Management (QLA1)

Through the program, students will acquire a comprehensive understanding, practical experience, and proficiency in various subjects, including the fundamentals of quality assurance, continuous improvement methods, international quality standards, statistical techniques, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.

Students will also be able to apply the proper techniques and procedures to solve problems and enhance the quality of goods and services, to eliminate waste and to reduce the incidence of defects. 

The principles explored in this program are versatile and can be applied across a broad spectrum of industries. It encompasses skill development that holds value not only in traditional manufacturing sectors but also meets the demands of technology-oriented industries. 

This program provides a pathway for graduates of Ontario College Diplomas, Ontario College Advanced Diplomas, or degrees in fields such as manufacturing, food production, biotechnology, financial and IT services who seek to expand their skills to include quality assurance.
