In this BEng (Hons) Construction Engineering Management degree course, students will get the leadership, interpersonal, technical and management skills they need to start a career in this rapidly changing field.
This course will open doors to a rewarding career in construction engineering management, whether they’re looking to work nationally or take their ambition abroad to manage teams on international projects.
Students explore markets and environments that will become their workplace and apply what they learn to practical scenarios. They will do field studies and labs in surveying, soil mechanics, environmental hydraulics and construction. Students will be introduced to key theories and principles that civil engineering practice is based on, then go on to study specific engineering topics that match their interests.
