In the Department of Film and Television, guided by leading scholars and practitioners, students will explore the history of film and television. They will consider theoretical perspectives, appreciate how films are made and engage in practical film-making activities.

Students will study film alongside Portuguese language, history and culture units, choosing from a wide range of options that allow them to pursue their own interests. Both departments offer a vibrant learning environment with research-led teaching.
