Master of Human Kinetics (Major Paper)

Students in the Master's in Human Kinetics program will complete research related to physical education, sport, fitness, health, or wellness within Canadian and/or international contexts. Students will discover the science of sport, physical exercise, and how it applies to human health.

Students will develop their knowledge and practical skills related to community health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and rehabilitation. Students will also understand and explore the limits of human movement throughout the lifespan.

Students will become a part of the preventative healthcare field. Health, fitness, and rehabilitation are the foundations to wellness and living a healthy life.
