2-Semester Pathway - International Foundation Year - Business, Law and Social Studies - Transfer to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - English Literature at Leeds Beckett University

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the Leeds Beckett University International Study Centre. After completing the pathway, students will progress into a program at Leeds Beckett University. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance their skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

This International Foundation Year provides the subject knowledge in business, economics and mathematics, as well as the English language skills necessary for success in an undergraduate program at Leeds Beckett University. Once a student completes this course they will be suitable for progression options in areas such as business, law, marketing and public relations

After completing this pathway, students will transition to the BA English Literature program. From Shakespeare's stage to the digital page. Explore the world of literature through the study of poems, plays and prose in their historical and cultural contexts. Embrace a wide range of theoretical approaches and work directly with leading literary researchers to develop your own creative and critical voice. Graduate with transferable skills in writing, research and critical thinking which are highly valued by employers.
