2-Semester Pathway - International Foundation Year - Business, Law and Social Studies - Transfer to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Theatre and Performance at Leeds Beckett University

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the Leeds Beckett University International Study Centre. After completing the pathway, students will progress into a program at Leeds Beckett University. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance their skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

This International Foundation Year provides the subject knowledge in business, economics and mathematics, as well as the English language skills necessary for success in an undergraduate program at Leeds Beckett University. Once a student completes this course they will be suitable for progression options in areas such as business, law, marketing and public relations.

After completing this pathway, students will transition to the BA Theatre and Performance program. If you are passionate about creating exciting, innovative and cutting-edge theatre and performance, this degree is for you. Throughout your time on the course, you will be taught by a team of experienced and professional theatre and performance makers to produce exciting work for stage, galleries and festivals.

In addition to gaining real-world professional experience through public showings and work-based learning placements, you will also explore theories of theatre and performance from researchers at the top of their field. Upon graduating from this course, you will be confident with the processes of making, performing and analyzing theatre and performance, which will help you find employment within the creative industries.
