English Language Preparation + 2-Semester Pathway - International Foundation Year - Science, Engineering and Computing - Transfer to Master of Engineering (Honours) - Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence at University of Leeds

The English language course is designed to develop students skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking while boosting their confidence in communicating with classmates and tutors ahead of starting students academic programme.

The International Foundation Year in Science, Engineering and Computing is designed as a versatile introduction to all three of these subjects. A core focus on Pure Mathematics will provide students  with a fundamental understanding of the topic, as well as applicable skills for their  further study. The chosen modular section of the course provides options of concentrated pathways such as Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, 

Artificial intelligence is increasingly important to computer games, web search, biometric systems and many other areas of modern IT.

This course will allow students to gain fundamental skills such as programming, mathematics, network architectures and project management, while studying specialist artificial intelligence topics such as machine learning, image analysis, text analytics and their applications in areas from vision to automated reasoning.
