Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Mathematics (Foundation Year) (G110)

London Metropolitan University's Mathematics (Foundation Year) BSc (Hons) degree begins with a preparatory year designed to build students' confidence and academic capabilities while helping them gain skills in several areas. This preparatory year will help students attain all the base knowledge they’ll need to succeed during the rest of the course.

If students find themselves more interested in a different area of mathematics or computing following the foundation year there is the option to specialise.

London Met has an advanced Cisco lab, IT security lab, electronics and microprocessor labs to facilitate students' studies. The University also has connections with major companies such as Cisco, Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle and IMB to ensure students gain all the industry experience and skills to succeed in their career.

An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. 

Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
