The Academic Accelerator Program (AAP) is a well-rounded first-year program designed for international students with strong English-language skills. It enhances immersive English-taught classes with the appropriate level of support.
Students enrolled in the Academic Accelerator Program will benefit from:

- A blend of classes with both international and U.S. students
The Department of Agricultural and Extension Education and Evaluation (AEEE) trains and empowers highly-qualified agricultural and extension professionals to educate, lead, and serve individuals of all ages. AEEE focuses on our agricultural industry and human resources as key assets. Students in this program learn effective teaching methods and strategies to prepare for careers in formal and informal education settings within the agriculture sector.
Concentrations are offered in Extension and Non-Formal Education, as well as Teaching in Formal Education.
The Teaching in Formal Education concentration provides a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of agriculture, preparing students for educational roles in classrooms and informal settings. Opportunities for professional growth and hands-on learning experiences across the state will equip you to share your passion for agriculture nationwide.
