About Bachelor of Science - Applied Mathematical Economics
This major combines math and economics to help you build skills in the quantitative tools you’ll need to conduct modern economic analysis and solve complex real-world problems faced by businesses and consumers. And because this interdisciplinary major is a joint program of our Economics and Math departments, students will get the combined strengths of both.
Students can sharpen their skills through internships, collaborative research with faculty, business competitions, clubs and service learning. This hands-on approach lets them put their knowledge into practice and prepares students for a successful career in economics, data analysis, policymaking and more.
