Bachelor of Science - Education - Middle/Secondary

About Bachelor of Science - Education - Middle/Secondary
Students go beyond the basics of learning how to teach and manage a classroom, and step into their role as leaders who advocate for educational equity and innovation. Here, students will mix theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, with plenty of opportunities to work directly with students individually and in classrooms long before they graduate. And, students will be encouraged to think deeply about the role of education in society and how they can contribute to positive change.
Whether students major in Elementary Education (grades K–8) or Secondary Education (grades 6–12), everything they'll do and learn will be grounded in values and emphasize care for the whole person. That means graduates will be prepared to meet the diverse needs of students in a rapidly changing world, equipped with strategies to support learners from all backgrounds.
