The curriculum meets the requirements for admission to the UK Pharmacy School but does not guarantee admission. The requirements for other schools may vary - students are advised to consult their pharmacy advisor to customize the curriculum to suit their specific needs.
Electives should be selected to fulfill the requirements for a minor in another discipline. For instance, if opting for a BIO minor, BIO 115 and 216 should be taken instead of BIO222.
University Studies electives should be scheduled to meet university requirements.
Upper division electives should be completed to reach a total of 32 hours for a major in chemistry. The University of Kentucky mandates either 2 years of high school or 1 year of college foreign language.
