About Master of Human Resource Management
North Park University's Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program is a comprehensive program that prepares students for a career in human resources.
Students will learn about both organizational and legal considerations in the field, as well as how to build skilled, high-performing teams in a wide range of workplaces. Students will develop the skills they need to lead HR planning and staffing initiatives, manage diversity and conflict, develop an organizational communications initiative, and measure the success of the programs they lead.
MHRM students advance their professional career through practical coursework that includes:
