About Associate of Applied Sciences - Transfer Degree - Application Development
This degree dually prepares students for both the workplace and to transfer into the Application Development Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) Degree program. Students will learn beginning programming, networking, and troubleshooting skills so they can get an entry-level IT job as they pursue their BAS degree. Students complete 90 credits, resulting in a Programming and IT Network Support AAS-T.
Learning outcomes:
- Students will meet the prerequisite requirements for entry into the Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Application Development
- Students will apply scientific or technical knowledge in order to understand issues, solve problems, and engage in useful and responsible practices in computer programming
- Create, debug, and manage software applications
- Develop and test full stack web applications
- Share code and function effectively as a member of a team
