About 3.5-Term Pathway - International Year One in Business - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business Management and Human Resources
If students have completed high school with good grades but don’t qualify for entry to an undergraduate degree, they could study an International Year One, which combines university preparation with degree 1st year.
Nottingham Trent University's Business Management and Human Resources course enables students to focus on management processes, with a strong emphasis on issues relating to the people dimensions of organizations, individuals and employment.
The course is designed to enhance students' understanding of the processes of managing by studying concepts such as researching people and organizations, human resource development, international business communication and new perspectives in management and human resources, and strategic human resource management.
