The 39-credit MBA in Talent Management (formerly Human Resources Management, MBA) is a perfect fit for students whether they are interested in recruitment, selection, job evaluation, performance assessment, compensation administration, or training and development. They will receive guidance from an esteemed faculty comprised of professionals who bring decades of real-world experience in the field of talent management into the classroom.

Lubin’s MBA in Talent Management program provides students with current theory and strategies for talent management practices. The application of theory to practice will enable them to analyze, design, and evaluate talent management systems and processes across the full spectrum of functions. Students will gain knowledge of essential areas of human resources: employment law, negotiation and bargaining, training and development, compensation and assessment, recruitment and staffing, and international human resources management. Further, they’ll learn about a variety of functional specialization areas: recruitment, selection, performance assessment, and compensation administration. 

Experiential learning opportunities are plentiful. Through the capstone project, students will integrate knowledge from other courses to develop management policies. For the research project, they will—with faculty supervision—prepare a research document that includes problem recognition, valid data, analysis and evaluation of data, and recommendations.
