This Upper Year Entry path is for upper-year applicants. The path is for those who are completing their first year at another university, or have completed or are close to completing a diploma program at a community college, and are interested in transferring to Queen’s University.
The Bachelor of Applied Science - Mathematics and Engineering program is unique in Canada. Course content includes highly sophisticated mathematical approaches to engineering issues. As a Mathematics and Engineering student, candidates will take pure and applied math along with engineering courses in their chosen area of specialization. They will learn to analyze and solve engineering problems requiring superior math skills, such as those involving modern communications, control and mechatronic systems.
