About University Academic Preparation
University Academic Preparation (UAP) challenges students to think, read and write critically within an academic context by exploring current global issues and academic journal articles. Academic communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving and research skills are developed through individual and group assignments and presentations. If you’ve been conditionally admitted into an undergraduate degree completion program (years three and four of an undergraduate degree) or a graduate-level program but do not meet the English language requirements for admission, you can take this program to improve your English proficiency.
