Program Description
With an Associate of Science degree, students will be prepared to transfer to a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) program at the university of their choice.
Oceanography is an environmental science studying the physical, chemical, geological and biological processes of the ocean and the human influences.
Prepare for a transfer degree to a four-year university or college by exploring the basic fields of ocean science: marine geology, biological, chemical and physical oceanography.
Applicants may choose to transfer their degree internally or through other external institutions. Seattle Colleges has an agreement with the following institutions where students may choose to transfer with conditional admission:
