Bachelor of Business Administration - Management

The Management major will help students gain a strategic management perspective and the knowledge to structure organizations to meet profit and social responsibility goals. At the same time, they will become qualified in important communication and management skills to recruit, retain and guide individuals and teams to support successful companies and organizations.Through close relationships with faculty, they will learn innovative management strategies and build on their strengths and goals. They will also cultivate a strategic management perspective and learn how to structure organizations that meet both profit and social responsibility goals. Classes are small and experiential, which means students can really get to know their professors and other students. This network of management professionals who care about creating a more equitable world stays with them throughout their career.
